Okay, so I only switched to the “small-mart” Walmart pharmacy in September of 2023. That being said, I’m upset that I didn’t switch sooner! This is, hands down, the best pharmacy I’ve been to. I rarely have to wait, and when I do, it’s no longer than 5 minutes. Everyone there is friendly, professional, helpful, AND competent! All my questions have been answered quickly, as well as correctly, and I never feel like I’m inconveniencing anyone by asking. My prescriptions are always ready for pickup quickly. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would; I cannot recommend this pharmacy enough. If you’re debating on switching, do it. You won’t regret it.

I've been going to this pharmacy for 2 years. I have never had a problem. The staff is very friendly. I get refill reminders, I order the scripts, I get a text when they are ready. I go pick them up. So easy. I've never had to wait long in the drive thru either. Great Job Bellevue Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market.

Overall, they're pretty good. However, I do wish they could:- have consistently the same help, so I wouldn't find myself many times having to spell my name. I go there often, so it's not like I am a newbie.- They could package all the pills in a pill bottle consistently. Many times some of my meds come in manufacturer packaging (e.g. boxes), which makes it difficult to dispense from. Can't they put these in med bottles, like most of my pills come in?- have certain meds in stock more often, as opposed to the out of stock message indicating it's going to be a few more days more than standard, which seems to occur more and more.

AMAZING customer service. This is where I get all of my scripts refilled and that will definitely continue. I was on an experimental trial of pills while pregnant, and with my insurance, the only way they would cover them is if I got a smaller amount and got more every 3 days. I explained the situation to the pharmacist Tyler and why I needed the pills and he was so great. He instantly refilled them for me every 3 days, and made sure they stayed super stocked on the pills since I had to take so many a day and needed lots. (I was taking a total of 8 pills a day) After I had the baby, I went through the drive through to pick up some other meds and they not only knew who I was, but were overjoyed that I had my baby and were so excited to see a picture of her. The pharmacist instantly rushed over to see the picture I was holding up as well. Over all, everyone who works in this pharmacy are just so caring towards their customers and they are amazing.

I have made attempts to transfer my prescriptions to this pharmacy over the last 4 months. I generally will also rate this business on the ability to provide solutions to problems. This is a small pharmacy that appears to operate at a level far below any small town pharmacy I have ever used. They are out of standard drugs on a regular basis. They are out of drugs that they now know I use monthly. I have made several trips to the pharmacy in addition to phone calls and computer ordering. Essentially I find this pharmacy staff to be inept and incompetent. They do tend to be friendly, with a single exception. UPDATE: Allowed them an additional month to correct deficiencies and the same problems are occurring again. I reduced their rating from a 2 star out of shear frustration.
