The Team Lead Vanessa was AWFULLY rude and treated me really awful. Not to mention she was called by her people multiple times because they needed her help and she took her sweet ass long time. I've worked with Team Leads like her. She should NOT be working there. 1/5 stars. Team member shes leading should be a lead rather than her. This was at 12 pm at the Customer Service Desk btw.

Was standing in line at auto counter. Employees had a conversation. Mechanic said he didn't feel like working. Three mechanics were in the shop doing nothing only one car in the garage.. Asked at the counter for an oil change and was told they aren't taking any vehicles for today.
Phone rang. They scheduled an oil change for someone at 530 same day after telling me no.

I prefer the 'Small-mart' to the super center. Staff is typically friendly and while they don't have everything, they usually have enough for the broad strokes

Normally the customer service and staff is great here. Friendly, helpful, pleasant. Carrie, however, was unfriendly, rude, and seemed annoyed to be helping me. Her tone was rude and she never smiled once. She should be stocking shelves where she doesn’t have to interact with customers. Unfortunate because this is what may cause me to go elsewhere. If you don’t like what you do, do something else so you don’t have to ruin someone’s happy vibe because you hate people.

I had a return I needed to complete and was told I couldn't return it at this Walmart because they didn't sell the item I needed to return. So after waiting 10+ minutes for their customer care desk to open at 8am, I have to drive even further away to return my item. When I started my Walmart return online, the website told me to take my return to the nearest Walmart and even selected this Walmart for me. Waste of time and money. Treat your customers better.

This store does not rotate foods properly. Went to get some yogurt and 7 out of 8 packs on the shelf had been expired for a month. Got grocery pickup and they gave me expired deli meat and mashed potatoes. Ive found cheese in store on the shelf that has been expired for 2 months. Be super cautious and check dates on everything at this store

I hate self check out, especially when I do my weekly grocery haul ($300+) a basket full, and I have to cram all my grocery in a belt, then scan them all.
It’s 1130am on a Wednesday and Kay tells me her line is closed, you have no check out lines open to Help such a large order?
Then as soon as I unload everything on the belt, there is another employee who took over check out, why not say: we are switching out people but please stay here.
Everything else about this marketplace is great- Hate Hate self check out when doing actually grocery shopping not just a quick one or two item pick up.

Only 2 lines open to have an employee to scan your stuff. Of course, self checkout is open with at least 2 employees standing around doing nothing but watching.
Do better Wal-Mart, I don’t work for Wal-Mart so I will not use self checkout.
I don’t mind waiting for an employee to scan my items. At least that keeps people a job.
Do Better Wal-Mart.

Great for convenience and a quick grocery trip. Only complaint is that it doesn't always have fresh cilantro and I buy that a lot. I like the long belt self checkout because I prefer to bag my own groceries. The check out people are always friendly and I never have to wait to long for my ID check when I ring up alcohol.
