Please explain to me why there is only one banker in on a Friday afternoon that is able to open accounts? This seems like the worst customer service idea ever. I went to both locations in Bellevue and they both had ONE banker. I work the typical bank hours and Friday afternoon is the only time I can get there before they close. I was trying to open an account for my daughter, so now coordinating with 3 schedules. Do better Wells Fargo.

Very slow. I literally had to SCHEDULE an appointment just to get an insurance check endorsed. So here I am 20 minutes past my appointment time still waiting. It’s my daughter’s birthday but not like I have a lot to do evidently.

I have been banking here since 1997 when they took over Norwest and I had moved to Bellevue. The staff has always been so friendly and knowledgeable. Wait times when busy are minimal, the area is clean. Drive thru has always been quick and easy. Hours are convenient.

Seems like a ghost town in this particular Wells Fargo. There was only one cashier and no drive through open. No other staff to help. If you go here, don’t be n a hurry cause there just isn’t anyone there to help. The line was literally out the door. The cashier was pleasant so I gave an extra star for her.

Mother died and had an account with them for 50 years. Took me four trips to meet with bankers, corporate attorneys to close the account. Corporate means everything to them. Customers mean nothing.

The staff is always polite and willing to help find a solution. I lost my card and they showed me how to get another one and set up my electronic pay on my phone without using the card.Keep up the good work!
