Seems like a ghost town in this particular Wells Fargo. There was only one cashier and no drive through open. No other staff to help. If you go here, don’t be n a hurry cause there just isn’t anyone there to help. The line was literally out the door. The cashier was pleasant so I gave an extra star for her.

Mother died and had an account with them for 50 years. Took me four trips to meet with bankers, corporate attorneys to close the account. Corporate means everything to them. Customers mean nothing.

The staff is always polite and willing to help find a solution. I lost my card and they showed me how to get another one and set up my electronic pay on my phone without using the card.Keep up the good work!

A nice staff, clean bank, plenty of parking, but.... eventually there will come a time when banks just aren't needed thanks to Crypto. Hopefully Wells Fargo innovates. XRP.

Marcel the bank manager is extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable! He is always good to my dad and my family. We all bank there and will continue to. He is excels at customer retention.

Great employees, horrible bank, but wont accept coins unless they are rolled. I'm just too lazy to switch my direct deposit to my credit union.

I wish I didn't even have to rate this but the head banker or manager,girl, didn't catch her name because she ran off to threaten cops. I understand there are angry customers but it's there job to be sympathetic and help in the situation not try to do anything because acted like a lazy pos. Took money off my account then said it was declined but it was taken off my card. She came in and basically got in my face and continued to say that if I didn't stop having attitude I'd be kicked out, lmao. Very unprofessional and everyone should take their business somewhere else probably to a different branch if anything
