This is the 1st time in a very long time that my overall experience was good. The gentleman that helped me was very pleasant. He was personable and friendly. I usually get the I hate my job and this place attitude.

I made a post on 10/30/23 about poor customer service that I had received from the service department scheduling person. She was extremely rude and I will not back down from that. HOWEVER… once my review was read and I was contacted by the dealership, they were very willing to right the wrongs! I was impressed with their solutions and their willingness to make me feel validated and earn my trust back with Woodhouse.

I'd give this a 3.8.Was in the market for a new vehicle in June. Found the one I was interested in online, and Ryan got back to me quickly via phone call. Set up a time to come from Lincoln to Bellevue to see it/test drive the same day. We were preapproved for a certain amount to avoid the high interest rates that the dealer had to offer. Left my old car there and came home to get the check printed. Went back the next day after going back and forth with the finance guy on their lender options and sale price, brought the check and signed the paperwork. I can't remember his name, but he was very cold and not very personable. Asked if we wanted warranties/GAP, no big deal but got defensive for lack of a better term when I told him what I had purchased it for elsewhere for much cheaper than they had to offer. We finally got the keys, got rolling. The second day we had the vehicle, I'd shut my car off to go inside and it would beep incessantly stating "SHIFT TO PARK." I emailed Ryan about this issue, no response. Searched it, could be fixed, not happy that this wasn't mentioned when I intentionally asked the ongoing problems for this make/model. I called the dealership and asked for a call back from either Ryan or a manager who can help me with why this is going on, not addressed, and what we can do to fix it. This is a recurring issue that I deal with on a near daily basis.The interior ceiling was not cleaned with a half dozen spots of dirt or something that was similar. Had to come back to get that taken care of.On the last day of my in-transits, a woman from the dealer emailed me asking if I had the information and title for them. I had no idea it wasn't handled by the bank. This is partially my fault for trusting that advice and next steps would be given to me by people who were not financially gaining on this sale as they thought they might. Frustrating to say the least but handled at a later date.Not thrilled no one returned my phone call after I left a voicemail asking to be called back.All in all, I'd buy a vehicle from Ryan again, and even follow him to a different dealer if I had to. He was pleasant to work with & very knowledgeable in the consultant part of the process.

I have been a Woodhouse buyer for almost 10 years not, and not only will I never purchase a vehicle from them again, I would absolutely never refer anyone to get their vehicle serviced at any Woodhouse location, but especially here. Their inability to diagnose the root cause of an issue and carelessness at putting your vehicle back together when they preform routine maintenance is an epidemic. In these 10 years I have never taken my vehicle to be serviced where it didn't come back with something new wrong or the original issues was not fixed. Their lack of communication in to current state of where your vehicle is in the process of being fixed leads one to wonder if they are just "looking" for something to be wrong with your car. Their negligence has rendered my vehicle inoperable with a 9000.00 repair bill and have taken no responsibility for their actions in the matter, they take no accountability for their failures and choose to pass the burden on to their customer. You should be ashamed of yourself, Woodhouse, on how you treat repeat business.

Victor Robles is a Magnificent salesmen they got me out of a difficult rebuilt title into a clean title loan. finance team was Amazing and fast and was able to get me a great deal!! .This was by far my best experience ever with a dealership where I was in and out, Documents signed, and keys in my hand in under 35mins . Thank you so much for your patience and working with me definitely will be recommending Woodhouse Nissan Bellevue to everyone.

Evan was vey helpful! I came in for a serpentine belt replacement & oil change. I was pleasantly surprised with cost & efficiency. The job was done in a timely manner. The guest waiting room was very nice & had a comfy couch to relax on while waiting. The receptionist was also very nice. I will be recommending Woodhouse Nissan to friends & family. I also will be returning for future visits.

The work was done in reasonable time and with care. The waiting area was clean and comfortable with good coffee (and a variety of beverage and snack choices) to make the wait pleasant. I was able to do work at a comfortable table while I waited. I feel confident when I come that time will be reasonable and I will be kept informed of progress or situations that need attention.

I met one of the best salesman the other day! His name was Matt. I was looking for the perfect vehicle and he helped me get a used Tesla. It’s amazing and it was very roomy. I Definitely score the whole Woodhouse team 5 out of 5 stars!

Whatever you do do not finance with Woodhouse Nissan in Bellevue. Go with someone else. I bought a truck recently and financed through them. Done it several times with other dealerships no big deal. The next day I see that I had 3 hard inquiries on my credit report. I don't think they realize the effect that has on people. Also, it's been over a month now since my purchase and I still don't have the title. That really sucks, I have them the title for the truck I traded in, but I have heard 2 different reasons why Nissan screwed it up in the last 2 weeks. Think twice about working with them

My experience was fantastic every step of the way. Thanks to Liza and Adam for not only making the process quick and painless, but for simply being good at what they do. Their customer focused mindset and professionalism created a perfect no-pressure, stress free environment where I could focus on my purchase. The best part was no buyer's remorse since I got exactly what I wanted for so much less then I anticipated. I can honestly say this was fun.

Woodhouse definitely made everything so easy for us to purchase a vehicle. Big thanks to Jose Mar and his advisor Adam! Great team, extremely welcoming! I love my new car and I’m glad Jose really made sure I got my hands on my dream car. The thing that won me over is that they can bring the car over to you and give you an extended test drive. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

My brother had recently bought a car here with Allan and said he was very helpful, knowledgeable, and understanding during the process of getting a new car. Recently I was looking at trading in cars and my brother recommended Allan to me. He was again super helpful during the whole process. While working with him, I never felt pressured or had any thoughts that I wouldn’t get into the car that I wanted. Thank you Allan and Nissan Woodhouse for making this process easy for me! Great experience and the staff did an excellent job. While we waited on our car the staff had a driver take us so we could shop and have lunch. Very nice and professional . I appreciate the work done and how well we was treated. Even in the tow truck driver and how quickly our problem was solved . We will be doing all our business and recommend friends and family to you all.
