When I called for a quote, I had a little problem getting it, and Paul (who I am assuming to be the shop owner) owned up to the mistake without defensiveness and made everything right! I own two cars and will be taking them both in to them whenever I need service done. I had previously written another review, which I have since rescinded and updated. “Great service, great craftsmanship, and reasonably priced. I didn't think a place like this still existed. If you need your car or truck repaired, you'd be foolish to not take it here, but expect you'll get scheduled about a week later, give or take a few days depending on the time of year and what's is needing to be fixed.
A rare find! A great automotive shop that's run and owned by a truly wonderful couple. An honest mechanic and his super nice wife who runs the office and keeps things running smoothly and on-time. I had no ride back when I dropped off the car today and she was so nice she offered me a ride back while my car was being worked on. Bill is extremely knowledgeable, capable and competent as you would expect from a seasoned mechanic and actually does what's in the best interest of the customer and their car and he doesn't try to up-sell services at all!
Lisa, who runs the office, communicates very clearly and let's you know that they will 1st diagnose your cars issue(s) and then call you for specific "permission to proceed" with whatever repairs are needed. AND... she says, "we will not begin any repairs without your say so... so make sure you answer your phone or your car will just sit there without any work done to it".
If you know you need repairs done, best to call and get scheduled ASAP! Because they're often booked up for a week or more!”

“My experience with Bruce is a unique one. Back story is that I am with American Legion Lincoln Post 3 and Bruce is the Son of our Auxiliary President. Bruce wanted to show his appreciation to those that have served and I was lucky enough to get the help.Bruce went above and beyond what I ever expected. Not only was my car picked up from my home and brought back, but my gas was topped off and I got a heartfelt Christmas card with a little something extra in it, and I think that is because I spent money on a coil pack and Bruce wanted to make sure that I did not have to come out of pocket at all. On top of all that, the cost for everything that they did (Tune up, Induction flush, brake flush) was half the cost of two other places I got quotes from just a couple weeks prior.I have never felt more respected for serving my country than I have today and it has been 20 years since I served. They worked with our budget and even our concerns for the registration. We got a great deal for our 2021 nissan rogue with Courtney and Ryan's help (especially with making sure we can cover the sales tax at the dmv!) and I could not be more pleased.
