“Thanks to the wise moves of the Lead Tire Technician, Joshua, my car's transmission need of repair was spotted and was able to be repaired! Then thru the wonderful help of Dave and Trent things were timely set up to be done! The Shop mechanic and all the technicians including Joshua went the extra mile and did an AMAZING job repairing my car! Then with a welcoming smile and handing me my keys, Trent made me feel as though I was a valued customer. Through them all and my experience at Graham Tire I will DEFINITELY continue my business there, sing their praises, and recommend them to all! This business should be very proud of their staff in ALL their fields!!!”
“Great service, great craftsmanship, and reasonably priced. I didn't think a place like this still existed. If you need your car or truck repaired, you'd be foolish to not take it here, but expect you'll get scheduled about a week later, give or take a few days depending on the time of year and what's is needing to be fixed.A rare find! A great automotive shop that's run and owned by a truly wonderful couple. An honest mechanic and his super nice wife who runs the office and keeps things running smoothly and on-time. I had no ride back when I dropped off the car today and she was so nice she offered me a ride back while my car was being worked on. Bill is extremely knowledgeable, capable and competent as you would expect from a seasoned mechanic and actually does what's in the best interest of the customer and their car and he doesn't try to up-sell services at all!Lisa, who runs the office, communicates very clearly and let's you know that they will 1st diagnose your cars issue(s) and then call you for specific "permission to proceed" with whatever repairs are needed. AND... she says, "we will not begin any repairs without your say so... so make sure you answer your phone or your car will just sit there without any work done to it".If you know you need repairs done, best to call and get scheduled ASAP! Because they're often booked up for a week or more!”

Jason was quick to get my son's vehicle in for a brake inspection after he was told at a different national chain his brakes were bad.Tim (the tech ) was quick to diagnose that while the rotor was warped there was still life in the brake pads and explain the issue was more nuisance than a safety concern. This was a huge relief to me as a parent, and to my son's pocket book as the "other" national chain had suggested of $3K in repairs they felt were needed.Thank you Graham Tire! They worked well together, double checking everything they did, which caught a situation where they discovered they had overfilled the oil by 1 pint. Once they removed the extra oil they had two techs wipe down all surfaces they touched and cashed me out promptly. Polite and friendly service.”
