Most of the time, the place is dirty, and the diet coke is always out. I know they always order double that, so I just asked them to change it, and it takes about 5 minutes. The gal behind the counter was on her cell phone while she sent the cook back there to change it. Wound up taking 16 minutes to change out. Kinda rude.

I enjoy this facility many times per month. They do there best for the most part to keep it clean and neat. The staff is usually friendly and helpful, a few ruin it for the rest of the great staff here. My last visit we all waited for about 5 minutes as the registers were down and we could not pay. The manager said everyone I apologize for this and take what you have in Your hands for free and she locked the doors after we left to solve the issue. This was great, I had about $13 of stuff for free, that’s what a manager does to keep people happy…. Thank U

I’m a truck driver,,, I stopped there to complete my break,,, as I’m an Indian ,,, everyone there was staring me customers n including staff ,,, first I was in restroom,,, two teenagers came nd they switched off light ,,,they saw me when I was entering in restroom,,,then I came out nd trying to order food and 3 staff members standing infront of me nd taking to each other ,,, I ask for food they just ignored me ,,, then I came to the main counter n I asked about order the food he didn’t replied to me ,,, I’m in shock that racism is still exist,,, but god bless everyone,,,

The woman with the red hair was very nice. And her generosity was amazing. I love this Casey's gas station. She's a hard worker and the pizza she made was super delicious.

If you’re going to allow pumps to be open 24/7 then make sure the receipt printer works! And what do you use for the windshield cleaner liquid? Because it smells like it came out of porta-potty.

Why does the front of this store face the wrong direction? But that is a minor issue compared to how the filthy the bathroom is. There were four employees behind the counter just talking instead of someone scrubbing the disgusting bathroom. And it isn’t very wheelchair accessible. You have to go to the back of the bathroom and turn around to be able to open the stall door to get in. We were going to buy some food, but the shelves were nearly bare and what was available was dried out. I would never stop here again.

This Casey’s shouldn’t even be open. Night and day difference from the one in Palmyra. I would strongly suggest not using the restrooms unless you want to catch hepatitis or AIDS. The restroom alway smells like decaying piss and diarrhea. It’s like being in a third world country. They don’t clean them period I know whether a bathroom has been cleaned or not so don’t lie and say they have. I have told them multiple times the proper way to clean the restrooms but they clearly don’t care. The whole place is always gross. The glass and counters are never cleaned as they have tons of buildup. I can’t even imagine how much bacteria is on the handles in the coolers and freezer. The gas pumps are never working or have yellow bags on them. No window washer fluid. The pizza is horrible I could make a cheap pizza from Super Saver taste better. Clearly they lack skills in the kitchen. When we ordered a pizza they can’t read our order and put on the wrong toppings. If you ask for propane they look at you like they have no clue what you’re talking about. Morning crew is always negative and grumpy. If you don’t like your job then quit good grief. Afternoon/evening crew is grumpy as well and are always glued to their phones. I guess getting paid to be on your phone must be the new trend now.
