This is small town America, they try hard at this office to make it work and get your package on time. If the rest of the postal system drops the ball it's not they're fault.

BEWARE OF WHO DELIVERS YOUR MAIL!! I mailed 20 letters at one time in April 27 2021 to be exact. 5 of them was bills and the rest was graduation cards. 2 of the graduation cards went out of state and the rest went to kids around the Bennet/palmyra and Lincoln area! The bills went through my bank on May 7, 2021. So I contacted some of the parents that I had sent cards too to see if they had received them and they said no. So due to covid I gave it more time. At the end of May beginning of June I went to the post office and talked to the lady at the counter and told her my problem. She took my name and number down.I told her that none of the graduation cards have reached any of the kids so there was $500 out there. She told me that probably the carrier that was delivering the mail stole the money bc I did put cash in them instead of sending the kids a check (what kid wants to cash a $20 check!) This is the middle of July and I still have not heard from no one. I will be contacting the main office.

I would highly recommend any packages you need shipped, have it shipped UPS. Or have it sent to your work.As a side note, if anyone has the bridesmaid dress I ordered (because it was "scanned twice" and put in your slot), could you please contact me so I'm not out $50? Thanks in advance...

We have a similar address to someone else and they seem to always get our packages. I Would think they would be more diligent in making sure people get correct mail so we don’t have to wait to see if they have it or if there is actually a problem.

I would highly recommend any packages you need shipped, have it shipped UPS. Or have it sent to your work.

I think the turn over for delivery people is super high. We get delivered other peoples mail regularly. Every employee I've met in the post office is super nice and willing to chat. Not sure why they need a brand new Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, but they look good delivering the mail at least. Hours are slim, but I guess that's a price you pay to live in a more rural area.
