So, for the details, the incorrect supplier was chosen and I was not informed and found out only when I got home with said medication. I called and spoke with the owner. His comments were very dismissive regarding responsibility to communicate with me regarding the issue. Exact words were.... You expect me to remember everything.
The incorrect one was filled the month prior and I let it go and reminded him for the next month. I was told no problem it would be correct the next month.
I did get upset and so do he. He sent me a text and it said that I was banned and barred to doing business there any longer due to lewd comments made by me. I didn't not swear, did not call him outside of his name. Just let him know he needs to work on his customer service skills because of the way he handled everything.
Now, when I first started using Health Mart Pharmacy, I did so trying to give business to a home town company. Everything went well and HE asked for all my business and I explained why I used CVS for one prescription. HE said no problem, I can do that.
Reading his incorrect response to the Google review today initiated the whole story from me. I think he is possibly over extended now on all parts of business owner ship.

I use Health Mart Pharmacy for my pharmaceutical needs. They are always working to make things smooth. I had a prescription for something that wasn't covered by insurance. Mike found as many coupons as he could to make my out of pocket expense affordable. On my birthday recently I received a Happy Birthday message from them. Never got one from any of the other pharmacies. And the other pharmacies don't look for ways to make it cheaper. Will always use them Health Mart first before others.

Great place for an FFL transfer. Place I normally used has gotten very busy recently and I would have to wait days after they received to pickup. I was referred by a friend and I was not disappointed. Shipment was delivered in the morning and I had it out the door by lunch. Will definitely be my go to moving forward. Staff was very friendly.

Mike was a little disappointed that I had called so soon after the delivery notice that was sent to me. However he Accommodated me, there was some grumbling about adjusting his fee schedule for people like me. Witch I understand. When I tried to compensate him for this inconvenience, he refused. So I told his clerk that she could keep it in other words I probably caught him having a less than great day. We all have them...I'm going to say that if your looking for a FFL Transferee he is professional.

Terrible customer service, I have never experienced such rude unprofessional service. Call was answered with attitude and hastiness, when questioned it it, was hung up. Very unimpressed by the lack of unprofessionalism of this pharmacy staff.
