I have called several times explaining the date time and location of where their skilled gaming machine froze up and the went it to a black screen and had a error code at top acoss screen . The first time was $18 and change the second time a week later was $43 and change .. I barely had a $50 bill in the machine and got couple spins then machine froze up then went to that black screen. I’ve called with no return phone calls at all or a refund of money that was locked up due to the machines freezing up. I waited and watched my guy play for at least a hour on a different machine and the machine still didn’t ever go back to functioning right.

Justin does incredible work. I have purchased 5 machines from him over the years. Whether a basic restoration or high-end restore he always delivers a work of art. He is always responsive and willing to help troubleshoot or answer any question you have even about games he did not sell. He takes pride in all his work - you will not find a better company to purchase from. I would (and will) buy from him again.

Paid $1000 to get a sure shot EM in full working order, work partially completed, still several issues with no response to fix. And severely overpriced, always look on pinside, similar games with more mods and features for better prices.

Justin is fantastic. He helps me source games, maintain my games (10+ usually), move games, and even sell my games for me. He is always busy but still finds time to help me.

We just bought a pinball machine from Justin. Very knowledgeable and accommodating, he even delivered it and set it up in our basement. I trust that a machine bought from Midwest Game Room was thoroughly cleaned, repaired and updated to last a very long time. Will definitely buy another machine from him if we feel the need to add to our collection =)

I have been a customer of Midwest Gameroom Connection since they opened. Been involved in arcade collections since the 1980s and there isn’t anyone better in my opinion in the Midwest when it comes to pinball / arcade games or repairs and restorations than Justin. I would put his pinball restoration work against anyone in the industry and his attention to details and his ability to identify problems in games needing repairs is phenomenal. With the attention Justin gives every game and the level of detail and quality you get it is nearly impossible to beat his pricing.I own 20+ pinball machines. Wouldn’t have anyone else work on them other than Justin and wouldn’t buy from anyone else other than him (unless he told me it was a good deal!).
