Be wary of this company they add on fees, even when your load is tied correctly. I was charged an extra $25 for an unsecured load even when the yard employee affirmed that the load was adequately secured.

I have been given a warning before for not strapping a load if it is higher than the bed (years ago). They said if that happens again I would be charged $10 for unsecure load. I have not made that mistake since. Toady (12/26/2023 around 1pm) I was dumping a bunch of boxes inside of boxes. IT WAS NOT LOOSE CARDBOARD! I kept it under the sides of the bed. I argued a bit with the gentleman and he just snickered and said I would be charged today ($21).

Management should have decided to just charge a flat rate ($20-$30) for small vehicles with small trailers when your exit scale goes down. Seriously? you’re making us exit and get back into a long slow line to weigh again? LAME!

Been using this dump for 5 years and for 5 years it’s been a fight to get straight while I’m there and to get empty dumpsters. Today was the tipping point when I pulled up to unload trash and all 5 dumpsters were completely full with 3 WM workers leaning on trucks and shovels shooting the breeze. When I asked if they would bring an empty dumpster in my question was ignored and I was instructed to take my trash to the top of the hill not in the dumpsters which requires hard hats, hi vis vests, and safety glasses none of which myself or co worker had. When I reached the top I got yelled at for not having the hard hat, hi vis vests, or safety glasses. If you’re in the Omaha area just do yourself a favor and go to the Sarpy County Landfill…

This place needs to progress with the times. Who doesn't take debit cards? Nobody carries checks anymore

I had a bunch of wood from a blighted tree I had to cut down (didn't want to take it to a mulching facility since I don't know how long the bacteria can survive in the wood), so I looked into this place. Their automated answering system is an absolute nightmare if you have questions regarding their drop off locations and prices, but to anyone who's having issues with it, as I did - when you have the option, select that you're a contractor, and you'll eventually be told "if you need something else," or something along those lines, and press whatever the appropriate key is. You will be transferred to a human.Maybe there's a better way to do it, but this worked for me. As for this specific location, I had never dropped anything off at a landfill before, and the person I spoke to when I arrived was extremely helpful. Heads up though, this place only takes cash or check - no cards. Threw me for a loop and I had to run over to Bennington to the gas station straight east from the landfill, so be prepared for that. All in all, great experience, and I'm really grateful everyone was so kind and helpful. Thanks guys!

Tried contacting this business via phone. It is impossible to talk to a human. Couldn't give them any business even when I wanted to.

Cash or local check only. Staff is friendly enough. Make sure you cover your load with a tarp or net or they charge 10.50 as a fee. Public dump area is essentially a raised platform with a retaining wall that's about 4 ft tall. The dumpsters are on the other side of the wall
