Worst ever!! My package has been sitting at this USPS distribution center for nearly TWO WEEKS!!! It was mailed from North Platte, NE on June 23rd and traveled a MERE 72 miles to this USPS site in Big Springs, NE and it is now July 7th and my package has not moved for over 12 DAYS!! How lazy can this USPS be?!!! Beyond ridiculous!!

This post office is in a small town and was a treat to send my packages out of. Bobbie was friendly and shared some of the town history with me. The Lobby has the biggest basket I’ve seen with a beautiful plant. Tastefully decorated with the small town feel. She even had the magnet stand showing the different stamps available. I have never seen this used anywhere else and I’ve worked for the postal service at one time. Great service and wonderful lady. Thanks again!
