Clean friendly and much to choose from. Great service. I was met by employee offering to help me, and he kept helping me as long as I wanted, as we went from one end of store to the other.

Buyer Beware. We bought a generator on 8/1 from this location as we were approaching 24 hours without power and were trying to avoid losing everything in our deep freeze. We had to drive from Papillion and by the time we got home, our power had been restored.
We went to return the generator (the item is unopened and we still have our receipt) and were told that we can't return storm related items. The manager said that there is a sign (apparently on regular sheet of paper, posted on a board on the wall BEHIND the register) that says that this is their policy. It says this nowhere on the receipt and the cashier didn't bother pointing that sign out.
So we are out $900 and all management can say is that they've run into this before. When I asked Geoff why his cashiers aren't making customers aware of this policy, he didn't have an answer. This location, in this instance, doesn't even deserve 1 star. It's okay if they have this policy but it's unacceptable that it's not better communicated to customers. That 8 1/2x11 sheet of paper feels more like a CYA than a warning to consumers.
