“My shield under my oil filter dropped down on my way from Fort Calhoun going north to work at 8:20 this morning. I called O'Reillys to see if they could zip tie it up until I can get to a mechanic and the employee said to bring it over And he would see what he could do. When I arrived it was drizzling and he came right out. He couldn't get under the car to zip tie cover but he could reach the one remaining clip and take it completely off for me. I of course agreed to this because this is not the first time it's dropped down. This was a life saver because I had to get to work this morning and for those who don't know that cover really isn't a necessity it's just to help keep dust out. I offered to pay for his time but he refused. I really appreciated him taking care of this for me so I did not have to call in to work and lose eight hours of pay and leave my home care client without a nurse for the day.”
