The staff is really friendly and provide good service but the kitchen doesn't keep the hot food stocked up. Often we come in to grab a quick bite on our way and turn around and leave because it was completely empty.

I don't get how the food in the warmer is always past the date they put on it sometimes by an hour or more by the time I go in there

Have to walk thru the employees smoking outside, just to get to a warmers with food 2 hours old, no cups for the fountain machine and spilled drinks and trash all over the counters. All new store manager and employees and it has become a joke.

Listen, I know it's a gas station but...why do other gas stations AND other CASEY'S gas stations do better? This place is a dive.Now, a year ago, the place was filled with nice, polite, and personal employees. The morning breakfast selections were plentiful and the place was just...better.This new crew who came in around March/April is terrible. I think they are more concerned with when their next smoke break is so they can stand just outside the entrance and blow their cancer sticks into a fog that you have to run through. It must be a requirement for employment there that you MUST be a smoker.Anyway, like another review said, lately breakfast sandwiches have been non-existent and the doughnut selection paltry. They always have an excuse and it's always, "we had a big run this morning". Right...Two people, the older lady with short, slicked back hair and a younger woman with multi-colored hair strands are the worse. They are curt, short, abrasive and unfortunately, always managing the registers. Put them in back. They are miserable people who obviously hate their job.Although she doesn't work there anymore, Kelsey, was the best. She made phenomenal pizzas with one arm. Seriously. As an amputee, she really went all out for her customers and did it with a smile. Shame that she's not there anymore.The inside always has product on the floors like no one wants to stock and the outside of the place frequently has overflowing garbage cans and trash in the lot. It's a pig sty.Unfortunately, I get stuff here because it's on the way to work. I try to limit my visits though. The only positive thing about the place is the Casey's Rewards Program.

I travel the state of Nebraska, Iowa, and Central Missouri and this is one of the best-run Casey's I visit. On my travels, I usually try to stop at Casey's because I like their fountain Dt. Coke, pizza, and Casey's points (app). This store is clean and always has food in the warmer. The cups, straws, and lids are always full. For the most part... it's the same 3 or 4 ladies working. They are very attentive when you walk in the door... almost guaranteed you are met with a greeting. I can tell the manager has high standards because the staff is always busy working and the store is in order. If Casey's management reads this... you need to figure out how this store does it and have other stores model it because they have the perfect system figured out.

My husband and I were in there this morning picking up some donuts before church. we grabbed a dozen which did include 2 apple fritters. When we went to check out we told the lady we had a dozen but come to find out fritters do not count in as a dozen with other dounts so the cashier went to ring them all up individually. I told her I would grab 2 more donuts so we could count the box as a dozen and than add in the 2 fritters, with a poor attitude the cashier Joan said fine ill just void the order and gave a us a dirty look. At that point I went back and grabbed 2 more donuts and got back in line to check out. At this point she didn't say a single word to us. The lady in the back cooking pizzs was 100% more friendly andacknowledged us and was super talkative. I would say put her upfront and Joan in the back as she DOES NOT have customer service skills. ill also mention when we went walk out my husband said hope you have a good day and her remark back to us was "yep" I was not happy with her attitude towards us and she was very unpleasant. Sadly when we bought this up to others they had said the same thing about Joan and that she is not a friendly individual. We will not back anytime soon due to this poor customer service.

The lady didnt know how to let me pay part with card part with cash and had an attitude like can u leave already ... All because they close at 10 pm i was there at 9:45pm
