Go anywhere else if you can and or if you can’t you need to convert to electric. Worst customer service. They signed my name to paperwork for work I did not authorize, sent me bills for work never completed and the bills were sent weeks after they were “overdue”. They are thieves, frauds and forgers do not use them.

Where to start, maybe the bill for services we never received or the fact that they signed my name for the services, oh or better yet that I was called a b*#*h when I asked the manager to stop being condescending towards me when he said he should discuss my issue with the man of the house.

I would recommend going with a different propane company if available.

Pat with propane is nothing but a liar! He said back in July that they would be out in a couple weeks. I’ve called dozens of times and guess what it’s November and his response again today was that it’ll be just a couple weeks.
