Horrible customer service! Could care less if we get our mail probably sitting in a pile in the back of office! Mailbox was vandalized and our address change form was filled out but the clerk did not point out what was incorrect! So going on 3 weeks ..Good Luck

Definitely don't come here for your Passport needs. The woman manning the front desk can't make it any more clear you are the biggest inconvenience to her miserable existence. She definitely shouldn't be customer facing. We had an appointment with photo for an infant. In case you choose to still come here, get your pictures done before. The digital camera in use is circa 2005 and it's horrible quality. We also were taking a photo of an infant. Her backdrop for him was taping together white plastic sacks and us putting the infant on the floor. She stated they do infants a lot, so why they don't have a white back drop for these scenarios would just be too much to ask for apparently. ?♀️The photos all looked terrible and she asked what I thought. Ummm, I don't know. This isn't my profession, what do YOU think? I'm paying a fee for your expertise. She said she'd send it in with a "note" from her like the federal government gives a hoot what "Karen" out of Blair, NE attempted to do in acquiring said passport photo. I said I'd run to Walmart and take my own photo and just bring it back and she guffawed that the appointment is only 15 minutes and she had.... TEN appointments after me (she literally counted them aloud). Even worse, her superior looked on and didn't do or say anything to correct her employee awful behavior. This place could use some definite training and maybe somebody who doesn't hate people running the front.Even worse, the finished photo is crooked and her printer made the background gray (has to be white) so I know the passport I paid to expedite will get delayed because they want a new photo. ? Hold onto your receipts so you can get your photo cost returned!Save yourself the time and headache of dealing with incompetence and just make an appointment at the Millard passport location. They are kind, knowledgeable and treat you with respect.

I ordered an URN for my Son that past.Seller said it was shipped and received buy BLAIR post office. Blair post office delivered it to WRONG address. My Son's burial has already took place WITHOUT the urn. Wish we had another post office near buy.

Worst single post office in the country. They refuse to put mail in the box. I have gotten contacted by Dell and Verizon asking to verify my address because they keep getting return mail. Checked with the companies just to make sure there was not an error on my part. Nope, the postal worker is just to lazy to put mail in the box it is addressed to.

I will never go to another location for a passport. Greg and Nancy were very friendly, professionals, and respectful to race and foreign accents. Driving from Omaha to Blair on a Saturday morning was worth it. Thank you for your services and may you always find a smile!!

hours are too short, and when I called twice to ask if they could look in the back to see if my parcel was there, (one package went missing altogether, regardless it had tracking), she made me give my tracking number... she literally couldn't walk to the back to see if it'd been brought back to the facility.... I was in the car when I called on the way to town, had to drive back home (outside of Blair) to get my tracking number, but by the time i'd have made it back to the PO, the office would've been closed... so had to wait until monday to actually receive my Saturday package. frustrating!!

Friday September 23rd. We had a passport appointment for our daughter and the staff and the service we received was top-shelf. They were very helpful and attentive and worked with us through the process from start to finish with the utmost courtesy.
