Roxy is one of my favorite workers at Blair Walgreens! She’s always friendly, patient, and helpful. If she’s ever having a bad day, you’d never know it! Keep up the great work!

There is a checker there named Mel, she is a very sweet and knowledgeable employee. Before her a girl named Hayleigh was there she was the. Bubbliest young lady.

I have gone through severe withdrawals because they never have my meds in on time I'm so sick of them and wish there was another pharmacy.

I have had 2 very long, stressful, and anxiety filled days trying to get my 3 month old son the correct prescriptions. Not knowing that Walgreens would send me a notification when my prescription was ready- I left my sons doctor appointment out in West Omaha and headed to the pharmacy in Blair. About a 35 minute drive. I live in between the appointment location and Blair’s pharmacy, so it made sense to drive to the pharmacy after the appointment and then loop back home afterward. When I pulled up to the window she asked me if they said it was ready. I said “they said they sent it right in”. Her response is “who is THEY???” I say, “my doctors office?” Again, confused, because I wasn’t aware of notifications. She responds again and says “WALGREENS will let you know when it’s ready” and blinks at me.
I tell her that I didn’t know that and that I really hope her day gets better and I drive off, knowing that if I don’t, I’ll probably be unkind back because I’ve had a bad week.
I realize that this may sound like a Karen complaint from the outside looking in. But, when dealing with people and their prescriptions (or more importantly, their children’s prescriptions) it might take a little bit of patience and compassion as you never know what someone is going through.
In my opinion, the pharmacy is not better with her on the team.

Rudest lady working at the counter. I had a truck and trailer due to the fact of us going around town to help out others with trees down from the storm 2 days ago. I had to park along the south side by the old red box machine due to nowhere to park. I personally stayed in the truck and the lady was a crab to my wife that needed some aspirin. She said it's part of the pharmacy drive thru. Yea right it would take 15 cars to reach that and plus I was in the vehicle to be able to leave. Tell your employees to get an attitude adjustment. Won't be back there again. Your welcome for not giving her my piece of mind

The pharmacy staff’s rudeness is surpassed only by their incompetence. It’s gotten worse over the years but it’s seriously not even worth coming here anymore.
I realize this post is surprisingly well-written for a common review. That’s because I had plenty of time to draft, edit, and revise it while sitting in line, wondering if my meds would be ready before the patient expired.

The manager is horribly rude and incompetent. Printed photos there that they lost multiple times and each time I attempted to fix the issue I was met with extremely rude, accusatory behavior. So frustrating. Worth driving the extra miles into Omaha rather than ever stepping foot in this location again.

Walgreens Pharmacy Store #11957 (Blair, NE) used to be a friendly and efficient Pharmacy in town. Since COVID, when a Prescription Online Order is placed to be delivered, they don't call you if it is going to be delayed. Even though the order is requested to be delivered, they send an e-mail saying it is ready for pick-up. I called and spoke to a Pharmacist myself and requested that it be delivered and to put a note on the account that the refill should be delivered. She said she will take care of it but the Allergy Medication never came for days. I had to call again and picked it up myself because the patient ran out.
I called today, Tuesday for the Allergy Prescription Refill that was ordered online to be delivered today, Tuesday, October 8. It is good I called because according to the person I spoke with Door Dash will not pick up till tomorrow.
What is going on with the Service in Walgreens in Blair?

This is the WORST Walgreens service I think I have ever had. How in this day and age when a prescription is called in by a doctor is there not an alert or something so they can let their customer know it’s out of stock? Round trip 45 min. I’m sick, I sat there with my kids in the car for 25 more minutes. I’m told it’s still in process, she bumps it up to waiting, takes my insurance card only to have someone yell out there isn’t any. I said this was called in 2 hours ago no one could have called to say you at out? No one could, for the kindness and service of the customer, call around to find some? That is just plain awful. Thanks Walgreens! I thought we had a lot more technology and human communication than that. SAD

The manager Josh is insolent, arrogant, and incompetent. I asked a simple question regarding rewards in which he was too dumb too answer. He hung up on me. This place is the epitome of rude, lazy, and incompetent. Drive somewhere else, it will be worth it! Bring in CVS rather than this dumpster fire. It deserves negative stars!
