INCOMPETENT ... INCOMPETENT ... INCOMPETENT...This attorney was appointed to a friend of mine and was a complete failure. The case had been screwed up by law enforcement from the very beginning and 14 hours before the hearing, he had supposedly not received anything from the prosecutor. At the hearing, the prosecutor handed him some papers and he advised my friend to plead guilty even though she had already plead not guilty 2 months earlier. He advised her that she would risk going to jail ... This was a petty theft case and her no contest plea resulted in a $50 fine. What a moron!!
