Where to begin. Went a week after initially talking to them about the pickup and they had yet to send through clean up because it was so clean and friend traded it. Motor light came on while test driving and they assured us it was a sensor and would be fixed and delivered to us Wednesday or no later than Friday. We was in on a Saturday. Had to call several times…no communication on when they got it in for clean up and reviewing the motor light. Had to call them. Wasn’t allowed to drive our vehicle home as it was then traded that day and was given a loaner. We was offered another vehicle to borrow until ours was fixed but that was when I called and said we really needed it by the weekend. They got the pickup into a Ford dealer two weeks later. No call to follow up with us on the appointment. We had to call and he still had yet to know anything from them. Finally got it delivered to our house (25 days after original purchase) and the next day the motor light came on. Called them and he said he would call me back. Called them back cause once again no follow up. No answers as to who we needed to get it into and everyone was on vacation they would call Monday. (The day our instransits expire because well our 30 days are up!) convenient on their part! My husband called at 1pm. JP said he was just getting back from lunch and would call us back within two hours. Husband had to call again. In the meantime I called to express frustration to owner or manager and the office lady put me on hold. Came back on and told me she would have to have him call me back. Once again, No call back. Guess it’s not just the sales rep that has poor call back etiquette or care for the customers and satisfaction. To say we are frustrated…we are. Common call back in a timely manner especially when we just want in the loop what is wrong with the pickup or if and when or even who will be looking at it next. The worst part is our small town seeing us drive a small loaner vehicle has a lot of people asking question and now the pickup got here and pry needs in the shop again. White smoke from exhaust system and motor light sounds like more issues than they originally told us and they guarantee it would be fixed. We can let you know if that happens but at this point if you want customer service after you purchase a vehicle or communication of any sort I would just stick to your local town dealers. First time buying out of town and I will never do it again even if I felt I found a really good deal like they make it sound here at Gateway Motors with that lifetime warranty. Like I said if this gets squared away and they start communicating I will update this review.

We bought our new to us family vehicle from Gateway Motors, we were able to secure the vehicle over the phone without even seeing it in person. The paperwork was a smooth as could be, very friendly, answered our questions and would recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If there was less than 1 star I’d put that! Do not under any circumstance take your vehicle to this dealership for service. They’ve had our car over 2 months and we keep getting excuses, run arounds and lack of communication. We still don’t have any idea when it will be done. We have personally spoken to several people that over the past year have had the same issue and will never use them again. If we ever get our car back we won’t ever go to them again. Over 9 weeks and counting!!We wrote a letter to the owner over 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing in reply. No shock there. Looking at other reviews on here and with what we and people we know have been through it’s obvious they don’t care about their customersSteer clear of this place!

We purchased a truck from them. My son was leaving for college and didn’t have time to get it detailed. They said bring it in when he is home for the summer. We scheduled a time for the complimentary oil change and detailing. The truck was pretty clean but we expected some level of higher clean. They didn’t even wash the outside. They cleaned the windshield and mirrors and nothing else was touched. There was dirt from my sons boots in the back seat from that morning and it was still there when we picked it up. They had the truck for almost five hours.I’m okay with no detailing but when someone promises something, they should do the job. It speaks to the lack of respect they have for their customers and the promises they make.

Brad was great as sale person. The pricing was average. The issue was the truck multi point pre inspection . I do not believe they checked any of the mechanics because when I got the truck home the change oil light came on. The filters in the cabin and engine were completely dirty. They did pay to have the oil changed as it was not performed pre purchase.
