My copper pipes froze and burst and the owner himself even came to help me with the most cost effective way to fix my problem and save me a plumber bill!!!!

Not much here for as big of a building it is. Also staff has never really been nice and friendly. Nor very helpful. I browsed for 30 min wandering the Isles searching. Even looked at the 2 associates. Yet still took then 30 min to ask if I needed help finding anything. By then I had found the isle I was looking for.

These guys were exceptionally friendly. I was frustrated because I couldn't find EXACTLY what I needed, but on the way out an employee asked if I had found what I was looking for, when I told her what needed, she immediately knew a whole different way of fixing my problem! She saved the day!

Any time I have gone to O'Brien's Hardware Hank, they always have had what I needed. The staff has been helpful in helping me locate what I'm shopping for and offered their professional opinions as I make decisions.
