Lady at drive through shamed me for using my hsa card on a purchase for my medication that was a small amount, I'm sorry isn't that what hsa is for? Today went to get my medication they now posted a sign at drive through no card transaction under 5$ was unable to get medication i needed because insurance covered most, remaining sum was under 5$ so am unable to get my medication due to fact wating for a replacement debit card in my an refuse to take my hsa card will be switching pharmacy lady is very rude an bitter

Marge is probably the worst person to ever talk to at a pharmacy. I will transfer my medicine somewhere else. She can roll her eyes at other people. They filled my wife's medicine with a different one this time. If her words, she don't have a "crystal ball".

This is honestly the WORST pharmacy I have ever encountered. The worst customer service I’ve seen. They made very rude comments to my husband about what “a good parent” would do. That is incredibly unprofessional and inappropriate.

Every single time my doctor calls in a script I have to wait hours, if not days for them to figure out how to fill it. They always blame my doctors office. So I had my doctor call me when the script was sent. They verified it was sent at 11:18am. I went at 5:25pm to pick up. They said it wasn’t ready! They never have it together! We have had enough & will be switching. Don’t use this pharmacy if you want prompt and professional service!

The lady at the front to pay is rude. I have gone here with my mother since I was little have never had any problems. Picked up my medicine and was going to do some more shopping and the lady was you have to it for that before you leave. I have never had a problem until here lately at Varney.

Lady at the pharmacy counter was not nice and when I tried to shop around sir you have to pay for that even though I have been using Varney’s all my life. Customer service sucks
