Great experience! From Lex at the desk, to Josh in the bar, this is an extremely good place to stay. I loved the idea of all suites, with so many options on how to stay. I will be returning! Classy design, very clean and inexpensive for any hotel suite.

Oliver is perfect at the customer service skills. He brought me blankets and tried to fix the cold problem in room. I love this hotel but I was very cold so we left early AM. Didn't get to have the breakfast the hotel provides.

Our room was comfortable, spacious, fully stocked, and totally clean. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel's location is great. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone staying in Broken Bow.
