Outstanding service provided in a tough situation. Jonathan and Brandon from O'Reilly's in Broken Bow, NE helped get my suv back on the road after discovering 3 of 5 stem lugs and nuts were missing on our passenger rear rim on a late Saturday afternoon. Would have had to wait until Monday for service shops to open, but instead, with their guidance, I was able to remove and replace them in a couple of hours. Being 4 hrs from home, this was huge. Thank you for your professionalism and help. 5 stars!

Went in to return a part and the guy behind the counter was unable to get my money back to my card and now I have to wait 3 to 5 days to get my money back and it was not a cheap item. Bad training bad policy
