Very Rude and condescending people when proven to be wrong. Outright lied to me and my wife and when called on it I got 3 phone calls from three people being very rude and disrespectful. Last year they overfilled my tank and it popped the relief valve snd sprayed propane for 2 days, we had to evacuate my shop. In the end I'm glad, my family has been buying propane from them for a very long time, and since this I've done some price checking and found out they are .45c a gallon more than there competitor on propane. So I guess this was a blessing, I'll be letting all my neighbors know as well who currently use trotters propane.

Had my tires changed here, vehicle was returned with missing caps and damage to the front bumper. When brought to their attention I was told there was nothing yellow they could have hit with my car (there are yellow poles in front of every bay door) and that the caps were pieces of crap, but to come back in a couple days to pick them up.
