Eagle Canyon Hideaway

Eagle Canyon Hideaway is a private business offering some of the best cabins, RV sites, and tent sites at Lake McConaughy, sitting right next to the lake. It is a nice place for a relaxing getaway with family and friends, a fishing trip, or a hunting trip. The cabins, such as the Lily Pad or Moose Cabin, are very nice, well-equipped, and perfect, with AC, bedding, towels, and a private bathroom. Some are very basic with just beds and AC, but are still very nice little cabins. The campgrounds are the best, with campsites and bathrooms always kept up on and clean. The location is ok and quiet, requiring a short drive to the lake and beaches, which is worth it. The owners are always very welcoming and helpful, providing safety during storms. There is a small general store with everything you could possibly need, though it is a bit pricey. Guests have an awesome time and highly recommend it, with many planning to return again.
