Store not open 24 hours . They have a sign saying they close at 10pm . Got here at 9:30 and it is closed

Clean restrooms. Nice employee working. Good smelling hand soap in the restrooms. Lots of variety with food options. Good place to stop.

I went in around 8 on Monday October 12th, I have been to multiple gas stations before, and many quality Shell gas stations. The best thing I can say about this is that gas was pumping through the lines but even that was making a pretty shady noise. The most confusing part was not being greeted by the customer service representative at the store, not being thanked for even coming to the gas station, just showing a blatant piss poor attitude.There is something to be said about quality customer service, and my only suggestion about this gas station is that to improve yourself, improve the quality of service that you have. Even if you are not happy to be there, you must still understand people are stopping by to keep your business afloat.Without customers, you have no business and no place to work. While I am just one customer, there are others that may have the same experience and unfortunately it does not shine a good light upon the company as a whole having seemingly uncaring customer service representatives.

The last several weeks. I've been catching cashiers behind the counter not working AT ALL. I was up here going for some food, and there was this line of people at the check stand. Did the cashier bother doing anything, NOPE. She set there on her smart phone playing with it, as we cringed, wondering what she was even doing. Then when she decided to help, she was rude (18-25 yr). and didn't even want to help stock the heater unit for food that people were requesting. I didn't want lettuce on my burger and she was just outright nasty.
