One of the best customer service places I've ever done business with. Always gets the meds I need, will deliver if I cant get over to do the drive thru, or be in the "Mall" to grab from counter. Always calls if there is a question.
I got upset with the kidney treatment provider started "mailing" a script instead of having me fill here!! I support the local guys whenever possible

Since we got the 2 newer pharmacists Marcia and Jennifer, this the place to go if you want to be treated like a drug seeker. I filled.l out all the paperwork for the surgery center including my Specialist and the pharmacy was kind enough to call the surgeon to tell him I have a contract that he supposedly didn't know about. It's not my fault no one communicates except the pharmacy to ensure every body knows I'm on pain medicatuon and that no one should fill them. Thank you, thank you so much. And FYI this is the 5-6th time Marcia has talked to me like this. Jennifer is no better. I have had many people tell me to transfer. After 8 years here that is what I will be doing. Keep up the excellent work of not filling prescription meds and treating everyone like an addict. The written prescription that people don't get is why people go to the streets. I am so grateful I already left a message after surgery to update my Specialist.

The whole pharmacy team has always treated my Mom very well, but when my family had to stay at my Mom's house for a week, I got to experience firsthand how great you all are. I got sick and my doctor called in a prescription for me, and you had it ready and for a very fair price. Then, my son needed his medicine refilled, and you guys were rock stars about communicating with the pharmacy in our town to make sure we got our son's meds in a timely manner. All the while being extremely courteous and understanding. Thank you for being there for my Mom always, and for being there for my little family during our visit to Central City!!! We appreciate you!!!

Can't beat the accomdations \\u0026 expertise factor of the pharmacists Travis V Kuchar, Taylor Reiken, Derek Nelson as well as the other fellow pharmacists @ Trav's U-Save Pharmacy. Travis continuously has went above \\u0026 beyond the call of duty to ensure my father's prescriptions needs are consistently met. The pharmacy techs @ Trav's U-Save Pharmacy are always informative, courteous, friendly, \\u0026 obviously well triained in the field as they have exceeded my expectactions as a customer for a truly posisitive, one of a kind experience! Job well done!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, A+++++

Previous pharmacy owners provided emergency contact information on their after hours message. Now the message just says, "For emergencies, call 911". No one at the CC Mall could provide a contact name and the Hospital was also unable to locate someone from Trav's U-Save. This was just a couple of hours after closing which made for a family member to drive to another town with a more helpful pharmacy, which we all will now continue with.
