Front desk was timely and helpful, rooms were better than I expected, clean, kept up. Breakfast was was the typical style of Continental & everything was fully stocked. If you're traveling and need to stay in a small town this place will meet your needs.

Older but decent place, furnishings that are kept up. Family business, kind helpful people - not around much unless needed. Stayed on 1st floor as there is no elevator. Our secondary lock was not functional but seemed like problems are not very likely. Close parking.

This is a back basics small town hotel. The owners are so kind and willing to assist you when you need something. Clean rooms and comfy beds. They also own the Lincoln Manor Bar & Grill. The food was amazing. We will be back for the hospitality, food, and good nights sleep. Check it out and help out these small town hotels, we need these family owned places to keep hard work and family values part of our lives!

Apparently there are no functioning locks and also people breaking into rooms to find less than legal ways of taking advantage of paying customers.
One of the worst experiences I've ever had paying money for a hotel. I'm shocked places like this aren't shut down but I guess I don't know better.

Not a terrible room but my key card stopped working three separate times. No contact with my phone, in its own pocket and it stopped three times. It would’ve been nice to not have to call the desk multiple times over our stay.

The online price was $55. Called the hotel, and said I was stopping in. Was charged $90/night. Asked the guy at the front desk why. He states you get a discount to book online!!! Hotels in GI are cheaper and have a pool. Rooms were clean. Beds were very firm. Location is quiet. Breakfast was minimal cereal and waffle. Dude also stated that Breakfast was 6-10, but it was put away at 9. Old and dated. People living in the hotel. Hallways smelled of food. Was planning g on staying 4 nights, but only stayed 2.

We got a very clean, nice smelling room. The man who checked us in was so nice and helpful as was the woman who checked us out. The Downside was you have to put up an extra hundred dollars, which you get back in the morning if you follow the common sense rules, such as no smoking, etc..Rooms: Clean. I don't know about everyone else but I like a clean, nice smelling room.

A nice inexpensive place to spend two nights. We were in town for a wedding, and this motel was a great place to stay. It appears to have been a Super 8 in the past, and the current owner is making a real effort to upgrade. The gentleman behind the desk in the evening was very helpful and friendly. We arrived during a tornado warning, and he rushed to direct us to the first floor main hallway to keep us safe. A curtain in our room needed some help, but overall everything was functional, clean and handy. New carpet, new microwave, new fridge, and a wonderful king size mattress. Who could ask for more? The breakfast was typical......biscuits and gravy, cereal, toast, waffles, fresh fruit, sweet rolls, juice, milk and great coffee. Upon checking out, we were asked if there was anything that we felt needed attention. In all our travels and motel stays, I think this is the first time I've ever been asked that question.

Walked into our room to find a pile of change on dresser. Toilet seat was dirty and seat was broke. Found random pieces of something in the bed and their breakfast was terrible.

My engine blew outside of Central City and things where not looking good. The staff at Victorian Inn were great during my two night stay From having the car towed in then allowing time as I struggled to load it up on a uhaul. Room was Clean Quiet and comfortable. Plan ahead for dinner if you stay, not much available after 8pm.
