The technician I had was a very nice gentleman that was very friendly and helpful and made sure everything was up and running correctly. Also when I called for service the customer service person was very helpful and went out of his way to ensure that I qualified for an assistance program that I didn't even know about.

I had Vyve come out to install internet. The installer came out...they were not able to do the installation and their service techs could not fix it at box due to no fiber optic line. When I ordered this I had to pay $69.99 right away. I don't use a credit card for this kind of thing so it was deducted from my checking account at the time I was talking to Customer service. It has cleared the bank. Vyve canceled the order due to not being able to hook up internet. When I called today about getting my $69.99 back I was told it could take 30 days! Not acceptable!December 22 2023It has now been 32 days since refund check was issued. Vyve owes mr $69.99 and this week I received a check in the amount of 9.99. Where is the other $60.00I cannot understand how a company can operate this way

I DO NOT have service more often than I do. A service technician has been to my home a few different times and nothing gets better. I’m in a small 1000 sq ft home. I rent their equipment & do all their recommendations. I’m paying $80/month for about 20 days /month service. I have asked for help from the company & the service tech comes out, only on Fridays, & cannot find a problem???? I’m given no solution. Unfortunately my service options are limited because of my rural location. This is the only company that is wired. If given a choice explore other options.

Excellent quality broadband. I've been a customer for several years. Vyve has wonderful customer service across the board. Quick professional tech response if there is an issue. Antonio P is an absolute gem! I highly recommend Vyve!I'm really shocked at the variance in reviews. Everyone I've ever spoken with at Vyve on the phone has been wonderful. I can see how it might vary with tech visits & individual personalities. But again my tech has been outstanding the 2x I've needed onsite assistance. I have nothing but praise for the experience I've had.

Shane was absolutely stellar!!! We had recently switched; and I had a not so good experience with a prior tech.But Shane was punctual, professional and patient with all my questions and concerns. I would by far recommend to everyone in our area looking for fast, reliable service!! Thank you!!!!!

Scott C was a tremendous help! We had been going in circles with the static on our phone lines and he took the time to listen to our issues and did everything he could to solve the problem. Which he did! After getting new phones, having an electrician come out twice as well as another vyve tech, he got it resolved for us! Definitely S-tier material!! :))))

First visit the tech was rude and late then a few days later the second tech named Wade was amazing and showed up when they said he would and also stayed to make sure all our problems were fixed!!! He was amazingly helpful thank you!!

Absolutely horrible service! Unreliable! This company should be ashamed of the service that they give and what they put their customers through! If you have any other option… try it. Vyve is the worst I have ever done business with. Completely dissatisfied.This is far from the first time these outages have occurred and do not get rectified. I’m not flying off of the handle over one instance. Rather a number of instances where Vyve has failed and failed miserably each time

The connection has always been good. The customer service was great. Our technician, Jaydan Craven was thorough in explaining our upgrade and answered all of our questions.
