My salesperson was fantastic, I was shopping for a mattress and ended up purchasing one. Her knowledge and friendliness made the experience a great one. Give some love to the local stores! They match prices if needed.

Not impressed. Been waiting on a chair we ordered for over a month. Still never received it. No one can tell me why its taking so long. We were told that this chair was popular and that was the reason it was not in stock the first time we ordered it which took 2 weeks to get. We received a defective chair which hey its man made and things happen i understand this but to wait a month or more for a replacement is ridiculous! The employees who answer the phones have no clue and just put you on hold for 20 minutes or longer to where you just hang up and if you leave a message you be lucky if anyone calls you back. Lack of communication. I might have left a positive review if they would have tried harder to get me my product and stayed in communication with us. I got my money back and went elsewhere where product is in stock.

So, so, so disappointed. I was a repeat customer. Approximately 3 years ago we purchased a high end (at least that’s how it was presented), remote, reclining suede loveseat. We also purchased the extended warranty. After a little over 2 years, the motor on one side wore out. Ernie’s told us to contact the warranty company, who without even letting us completely explaining the problem, told us they know what was wrong, which tells me it’s common. They sent us a new remote, expecting us to install it, which was not the problem. This process alone took over two months. When they finally sent a tech out, I was able to show them where the bad connection was. A total of 6 months after the initial problem we still wait. Ernie’s had been no help whatsoever ever, even though they said to notify them if we had problems with the warranty company. Don’t waste your money!

We visited Ernie’s today. I was amazed at the selection that a small town operation like this still had. Competitive prices. Lisa was a great representative and helped us find exactly what we wanted. We’ll be returning for years.

Welcoming like family! Service with a smile and kind demeanor. Since Ernie started his legacy, many years ago, his belief in how a customer should be treated is evidently passed down through generations. I have always been very pleased with my purchases of stylish, quality, well constructed products. There is much variety throughout the store and many more options available that can be ordered. From the sales staff, front office, warehouse guys, to the delivery drivers... they are all exceptional and take pride in what they represent. Love that small town vibe! Thanks to all!

we had a really good experience !!! we originally went to ernie’s and talked to Armin. after that first visit we instead decided to get a couch from a store in lincoln (ernie’s was great during this first visit ! we just found a couch that they sadly didn’t carry). unfortunately there was a lack of transparency from the lincoln store so we went back to ernie’s. Armin helped us again and we bought a couch that day. the store is laid out well and he worked with us to find the best couch possible.we just got it delivered today and the delivery guys were fast (which says a lot cuz we’re on the third floor) and were very kind!the whole experience was 10/10!bonus points for the popcorn + pop machine they have for customers teehee

We couldn't be happier with the service we received from your delivery team. They treated our furniture like it was their own. They made sure that everything worked and asked twice if we had any questions or comments before they left. In today's world you usually don't see this wonderful service. They definitely could teach a class on customer service!
