The Ceresco Nebraska post office is probably one of the worst branches I have ever dealt with. They refuse to give you a package with your name and address on it. I live in a rural area and mail delivery is sketchy out here to begin with. This is not the first time this has happened. This is an ongoing issue with this post office in their lack of servicing their customer.

Most unsatisfied I've ever been with a post office. They took my mail after I didn't check for three days said my box was too full and the box is huge you could fit a years worth of mail in this box. Then they returned it all to sender didn't knock on the door didn't check if we lived there still nothing.

All the ladies in the office are amazing! Especially the post Master! I have difficulty mailing my packages at the Wahoo Post office due to the size of my parcels. Wahoo even told me they weren't allowed to take them anymore. No problems at Ceresco! Hands down best customer service I've received at a post off in a long time!
