Dana #1265 did an excellent job hooking up my mom’s cable. He was able to get a cable box making it so user friendly for my mom to enjoy cable. Great Plains you need to keep these boxes for the elderly. Not all Senior Citizens are able to navigate the smart apps in fact many are unable to.

The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. We had some glitches on my end, but he was very patient and did everything he could to get my service working. A plus!!!
