Great until something goes down, then you're working from a coffee shop until called by a "level 2 tech" hopefully 'by end of day tomorrow.' Hmm. ... Actually, the field tech came before the call from the "level 2 tech." Great field service, thank you!!

When another cable company backed out on our scheduled appointment and pushed it back three weeks, I called great plains after 5pm. I was able to set up services instantly and just pending installation. They worked with my tight schedule to get us set-up!
