“First and foremost, we would like to thank the wonderful staff of this hotel. We were in quite a bind because of Chadron’s airline, Southern Airways Express, and everyone we interacted with went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. We are not local and are not very familiar with the area, but they made sure we didn’t feel stranded and helped us, more than any review can say, getting to our next destination. We were also very comfortable in our room and the hotel in general. HUGE shout out to Janelle, Darcy, Craig, Liam, and Ariela for making a horrible airline experience so much more tolerable. A special thank you to Janelle for getting the ball rolling and getting us situated in the Alliance Holiday Inn. These people are all the definition of outstanding customer service.”

“Had a great little apartment. Recent work done on it. The heater/A/C worked better than expected. The self-cleaner on the stove was great for the age. New carpet and flooring in my unit. Smoke detector was not mounted upon move in or by move out, so room to improve that. The lobby and hallway decor have a LOT of religion references. If you are looking for a place to affirm your Christianity daily, this is it! Those with other beliefs or faith structures should probably keep looking.”

“This hotel is extraordinary. We stay here every year with two border collies. The manager is above and beyond. Excellent hospitality. She goes out of her way to make you feel at home. The staff is excellent. The morning coffee and breakfast is great. I cannot recommend it highly enough.They make you stay so comfortable and warm!”
