“Our check in was quick and easy. This is an older hotel in great shape. The pool and hot tub are nice. Our pet friendly room was good. Too bad it was on the second floor. We will stay at the Best Western West Hills in Chadron again if ever we are in the area.
Rooms: The pet friendly room was clean and had everything we needed for a one night stay.
Safety: We had no issues with safety at this hotel. We never felt any concern.
Food and drinks: We never tried any of the local restaurants. We were too exhausted after 650 miles of travel the day we stayed. Thankful for the hot tub and a comfortable bed.”
“Had a great little apartment. Recent work done on it. The heater/A/C worked better than expected. The self-cleaner on the stove was great for the age. New carpet and flooring in my unit. Smoke detector was not mounted upon move in or by move out, so room to improve that. The lobby and hallway decor have a LOT of religion references. If you are looking for a place to affirm your Christianity daily, this is it! Those with other beliefs or faith structures should probably keep looking.”

“Newer hotel. Nice clean rooms. We had a suite with two queens, large.room with good furnishings. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay here again and I dont use Holiday Inn much but I may use them more often if this is their new hotel standard.”
