I was in the process of switching over my business account which has about 60 devices. The people I was working with were awesome but now they are gone out of the blue. People in location are not knowledgeable. We will be sticking with Verizon or making the switch through customer service.

I am so happy with the phone and deal I got with AT&T. I wanted a phone that did the basics and a great service plan. AT&T in Columbus helped me achieve that. Everyone was so nice and welcoming and they helped me get exactly what I was looking for. I would HIGHLY recommend going to this store.

The network is good no complaints there. Unfortunately the employees are inexperienced, inconsistent & incompetent. This made for a very frustrating, stressful & expensive process. I don't recommend doing business there at this time. I'm hopeful things will turn around, they haven't been around very long but who knows. Most good reviews here are from employees & family. Some bad reviews are from actual customer experiences. Our bill is much higher than the quote, plan on switching ASAP 1 star ?

Crissy was absolutely awesome! Came in with a huge problem with trying to switch phone services, the pervious representative completely messed everything up and she was able to fix it all! Was very patient with the 5 hours of back and forth with AT&T and straight talk!! Would highly recommend her!!!
