lazy workers, took 45 minutes to do a repair. worker (under 30 years old, male) worked with absolutely zero motivation. walked slower than any mobile 70 year old i’ve ever seen. went in to pay the bill and it was over $65. absolutely do not recomend this place to anyone that needs to get going.

I was heading back home to Kansas and I thought my tire shop in Kansas had put the wrong rim on my car(warped rim) but it was the right rim but, it was wobbly when I’d brake…. come to find out the tire balance wasn’t done properly and pomp’s tire did the balance correctly, on a was walk in basis and it was done in a matter of 30 mins, but without checking on tht rim I wouldn’t have known that the tire balance wasn’t done right. So I appriciate the good work they did, otherwise it would have thrown my alignment out and worn my tires down long before it should have! If it wasn’t for pomp’s tire I would have never known the balance wasn’t done properly! I will definitely go back if I need anything with my tires! Workers were very polite and understanding and got me in right away!

I had a tire on my vehicle with a slow leak that needed repair just before closing time of Pomp’s. I was pleasantly greeted and told that they would begin the repair immediately. They offered me a comfortable seat in their customer lounge and completed the tire repair in 15 minutes. The work was successful, efficient, the conditions were pleasant and the cost was fair. I would suggest Pomp’s for future tire needs.
