I had a rental scheduled a week in advance. I get a call the day prior that they wouldn’t have any car available for me to rent. They are the closest rental place from my town and I had no way of getting to another dealer. —I’ve rented hundreds of cars from enterprise….. I’ve never had anything like this happened. I even read the disclaimer of my reservation and it never mentioned me possibly not getting a rental. This caused a major disruption with my plans. —- When I called corporate to see what could be done, they were zero help as well. I plan on escalating this as far as I can. Bottom line, stay away from this place!

They had no cars available for this past October at the Columbus branch and tried booking it months ahead. And I'm trying to book another car for next spring and still appears they have none available. They went on about how they couldn't get cars, but I believe they can if they really want to. On top of that, they didn't have much sympathy for me on a previous issue I tried to get resolved, and got treated rudely. They went back on their word and so it never got resolved. Bottom line is, I think the company needs to place an emphasis on customer service. I'm only giving one star.

Thanks for reassuring me that all was good. I was a wreck after hitting a deer with one of ur rentals! I crashed up the front end and was scared to return it. But luckily I had the damage waiver. U all greeted me with a smile and said no worries ! Thank you!!.

Rented 2 cars from here and both times has tanks were not full. Not a good way to do business.

Worst service I ever had. I showed up with my confirmation # & money in hand. N the woman said they couldn't give me one because they were all reserved. Like I have a reservation too like everyone else. I was first one thru the door soon as they opened but didn't not want to give me one. Didn't even try to get ahold of me & I had to find a ride to drive me 1 hour for this reservation.
