Great experience with Frank having him guide me through getting a 2023 equinox. Great process having Frank as my salesman only thing I could complain about is the service center creating an appointment for me to bring my car in to get fixed only a couple days after I bought the vehicle and not bringing in my car until four hours after my set appointment and having my car for eight hours of the day just for a simple radio fix

Kevin was fantastic, super nice guy. Everyone was friendly. We drove 2 hours for the car and it was raining by the time we arrived, so they pulled the car into the service bay so we could look at it out of the rain.

I took my 2016 Chevy Silverado there for radio issue and I’ll give them one star just for being able to get me in promptly. I was set for a 1030 appointment arrived at 10:15 and had my vehicle checked in. I was advised it could take hours to diagnose and radio issue with the touchscreen. After multiple hours of waiting on any word, my service advisor finally came and told me that they could not duplicate the issue and they heard about the problem before and recommended changing out the whole radio system for over $1300. It honestly felt like my vehicle was pushed through the service bay never looked at and tossed back out and they still charge me $200 for diagnostic fee plus added on supplies and info storage fees. I honestly felt like I paid $200 wasted two hours of my day and have no further knowledge than what I had when I went in definitely not worth my time.

Took my car in for an oil change and it was not only insanely expensive, they didn’t check the coolant as part of their “GM certified” inspection. The coolant was empty when I checked their work when I got home.
