I had a wonderful experience at Gregg Young in Columbus this fall! Reymond P. was my salesman and he was very professional, conversational, and answered all of our questions about the vehicle and financing. I found a vehicle online that I liked at the Iowa dealership and they had it shipped to Columbus, no problem! Reymond sold me a Chevrolet Equinox that drives like a dream, and got the GY package so my car was even full of fuel when I drove it off the lot! The whole process was so smooth thanks to the wonderful team at Gregg Young and I couldn't be happier with my vehicle and the services provided. Ray was absolutely wonderful. He did a wonderful job and went as far as allowing my 5-year-old to hijack his phone to watch music videos on YouTube while we were waiting to sign papers. Everything he did is greatly appreciated. He went above and beyond

Rey, I asked Rey if had any rav-4 cars in. At the time, they only had one. I did not care for that one . He was very helpful in finding the right car for me.He got one for me, the right price and for a trade in.

We had a recall with my 2017 Buick Enclave. We dropped our Buick & keys off over the weekend so they could work on it Monday since they could not do a courtesy pick up/return of my suv at my work place.
My husband goes to pick up the keys so we can pick up the vehicle after hours and is given a bill. He asked what the bill was for and was told they did an oil change and tire rotation. He asked who requested that? Our vehicle is only here for the recall. We received a call last Friday that the parts for the recall were in and we were scheduled for 9/8/25. That is the only reason we brought the Buick here. The person said well you are up for an oil change. Husband told them yes we have that scheduled tomorrow with our mechanic.
I'm very confused, they just took the liberty of doing this without even consulting us at the very least? This is our first experience with them, very disappointed!

I purchased a 2011 Toyota Tundra Friday at the dealership. I would like to thank my salesman Ray for walking me through the paperwork for the purchase he made it very smooth and simple. I would also like thank you for your help, whenever I asked a question about the truck if you didn't know, you went to get someone who could answer, or you googled it and found out on the spot. And thanks for calming my wife's concern over the sale. We are both very happy with the Tundra and I will recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to visit Greg Yong and talk to you. Thank you also for your honesty, I appreciate all your help!

Wouldn't recommend buying a used vehicle here, even with the expensive warranty option. Bought a newer but used vehicle that I was very excited to get, did the warranty that they pushed, but now I'm left without a truck because it completely broke down. Then when I call to discuss how to get a loaner or rental vehicle, I just get told we don't have those or forwarded to different departments that just go to a voicemail that won't return a call. I'm left with the impression that they sell faulty vehicles and do not take care of customers.

Steve spent an hour of his time showing me a 2015 Lexus. Very nice vehicle, and the test drive out to Richland told me the Lexus was in very good condition. We couldn't conclude the purchase that day, so we decided I would come out the next morning. Overnight I decided not to pursue the purchase and Steve was very understanding.
