I have asked FedEX carriers and managers to at least ring the doorbell when dropping off a package. With all the theft of packages that are left on porches or at front doors. You would think they could take the time to ring the doorbell. I work from home and have had only the screen door between the inside and outside, which you would think would be an indications that someone is home and they still don't ring the doorbell. It should be standard practice to ring the doorbell when dropping off a package. It don't take any time to push a button or knock on the door.

They always give me someone else's packages and there's not enough info to give it back to fedex(no local store) So I have to try to figure out where it should deliver and most the time there's no return address phone number
