We’ve had Frontier for years as it used to be the only internet you could get in our town. But at this point NO internet is better then paying high prices for the spotty service these guys call quality internet. I restart my router at least twice daily and then still only occasionally have internet. But the push to cancel Frontier was we recently lost our phone line and internet at the same time. We placed a ticket and no one showed for our scheduled appointment!! Further looking into it our ticket was CANCELED! And when questioning who canceled it as it was no one in this household I was told well that department is closed so they didn’t know what was going on. If zero stars was an option Frontier would get just that.

I have to reset my router daily my internet just quit working and they wont fix it for 4 days I pay for service that I dont have they are absolute trash

Have had service out of town for 5 years. They have told me the service needs to be upgraded and they know it's overloaded. Terrible internet speeds. Unreliable.

This is pretty much the worst ISP in America. Slow speeds, high latency and exorbitantly high prices for what you get. Lots of downtime. Perfect example of why everyone involved in getting municipal, non-corporate internet banned is guilty of Treason.

Zero stars. Worst internet service I have EVER had. Has been out AGAIN for over 2 days, as they were supposedly working on an "internal" ticket and I would receive notification from a technician when it was serviced. After calling to check the status 2 more times over two days, now I'm told the ticket was cancelled and I was supposed to have requested a new router. I was never told ANYTHING about a cancelled ticket, any service call, or a new router. It will now take 2-3 business days to get a router here. Somehow, all the routers Frontier owns are in Oregon or New York?? And it is apparently not humanly possible to contact any local Frontier people anywhere in Nebraska. Do not get services with this company. ANY other option is better.

I'd also give it a zero rating. Router has been out for 3 weeks, keep getting put on hold then transferred to tech support just to be on hold again for an hour! New router was to be mailed out 4 days ago, still not here, ended up finding out the order was never put in! Told to go to their building in town, but that building has been closed and to call the 1800 #. Urgh! Now we have to wait another week before a new router if in fact they even put the order in again this time! We are looking for another provider in the mean time. I'm not paying them for services never received!

This internet is by far the worst you can get in town. No other provider gives you a router that randomly does not receive wifi, no other company gives you the worst customer service. The technicians come in almost 3 days to a week to get to the place you're trying to fix your internet to. They charge you for something minor and I've even gotten a new free router but guess what? It sucks so bad my mobile data is faster than anything they provide at the cost. The internet randomly shuts off, their 5g network goes on and off every 5 minutes. Download and upload speed is so horrible that when I want to download something, it takes literal days. No way would I recommend this place and no longer will I pay to have terrible service. Its a waste of money. Especially paying $65! For less than 50 megabits! Customer service won't answer calls for about an hour because you're on hold all the time, maybe because they get so many complaints. It isn't the location in which I am at which is making the internet worse either, they told me the service would be great. If there was any option to go below a zero rating, I would. Never invest money into this provider. Let alone mention this provider to anyone. No matter what deal they can give me I will never come back. Disgusted.

If I could give them a negative score I would. Had this provider for several years and have finally decided no internet is better than whatever they call their service. Our internet has been down for over 2 months and keep getting the run around. When you call customer service it’s an hour wait at best. Then the person you get after waiting for an hour knows absolutely nothing.What a joke. Don’t know how they are still in business.

If I could give them a 0 I would. I have been waiting for my service to be installed going on 3 weeks now. I have called them several times and tried to get this sorted but I keep getting the run around. The first time they canceled my appointment saying "due to short staff" so I had it rescheduled for the following week. Then the 2nd time they claimed that no one was home when we were home all day, they just didnt show up. And when I called (obviously irritated at this point) and they told me that dispatch was already closed, (I called 20 mins before they closed) and told me I have to call back in the morning to reschedule the appointment. What?! Are you kidding me! You guys shouldn't even exist anymore. I already paid my deposit and everything! This is just unacceptable period. Look at your reviews!! This should be a wake up call!! If this doesnt get corrected soon I am going to keep going higher up till something changes!! And the girl I talked to on the phone was literally no help what's so ever. I am someone who has worked in customer service for years and I would have done something to keep my customer happy but this lady did nothing but told me to call back in the morning. This is just disgusting!! I will never suggest your services to anyone in my community ever!!! You'll probably look over this complaint like your techs looked over my appointment TWICE IN A ROW!!
