This review is mostly in relation to my experiences with their Service Department. I want to start by saying I have had good experiences in the past but I just had by far the worst experience with them, and it mostly boiled down to a complete lack of communication and follow through on the part of the Service Advisor assigned to me.
My car was in the shop for just over 3 weeks, and during that time I would repeatedly be told I would get called on certain days and then never get called and I would have to follow up 1-2 later when it was obvious that the Advisor wasn't going to call me. I was finally told my car would be ready "that afternoon" and I would get a call when it was ready to pick up. I didn't get that call until two days later, with zero follow up saying that there was an issue that was going to make it take longer.
So just know that depending on who you end up working with, you may have to initiate all the communication yourself if you want to know what is going on with your car.

We were driving through Columbus a few weeks ago as of my writing this when one of my truck's windows refused to go up. We were on our way to a weekend vacation and were several hours from home. If we couldn't get the window fixed, we would have had to go home and scrap the vacation. I called several places in town to see if they could help only to be told it would be a week before they could look at it. I called Gene Steffy Ford and the man who answered told me exactly how to get there and to pull right into the shop when I arrived. They fixed it right then and there and kept us company while we waited. They knew we were unlikely to be future customers since we were from out of town and still did not charge us anything. They saved our family vacation.

Dustin, our salesperson was very helpful without being pushy. He followed up when he said he would. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicles. The sales manager incentivized us by offering a good deal on our trade in. The finance mgr covered everything we needed to know and made the business end of the sale hassle free.

I'd rate 0, but 0 isn't an option!!!
Had my fiance take my car in for a SIMPLE oil change, and ended up having to pay $200 for a new key/fob, as the service department broke my key off of my fob, and REFUSED to replace it. They offered to pay the reprogramming fee of $90, but I shouldn't have had to pay for ANY of it, beings my key WAS NOT BROKE when we took the car in. The service guy even admitted that he broke it, yet we got stuck paying for it. I will NEVER go here for anything ever again, they are worthless and don't want to take responsibility for SOMETHING THAT WAS COMPLETELY THEIR FAULT, BUT INSTEAD MAKE THEIR CUSTOMERS PAY FOR IT!!!! Be smart, and take your business elsewhere, unless one day you want to walk out paying more for something they did to your vehicle as well!
