Lack of communication. I've moved from Ohio to Denver and then to Arizona with State Farm and never had a problem with transferring my auto insurance until this location. I was told that I'd be informed of what my coverage entails before it took into affect and that never happened. I don't even know what is all covered on my car right now. Then they never transferred the lien holder like they should have and I have been waiting weeks for this to take into affect before my bank fines me. It takes 2-3 emails to get a response. I love State Farm, but highly thinking of switching agents. I'm hopeful things will get resolved soon.

I had to apologize to the wonderful ladies in the office. I was aggravated and took it out on them and they didn’t deserve it. Was in the office today and Kim was great. She answered my questions about one of my policies and helped me cancel one no longer needed.

The ladies in the office were very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions when I was shopping for auto and home insurance. I ended up switching my insurance to State Farm for that reason. Thanks for the wonderful service!

I showed up for a meeting after being harassed on the phone, and it took 15 min for someone to show up at the desk. I felt like I was being pressured to just buy a policy the whole time. The agent was so pushy and i felt i was being interrogated. Uncomfortable experience and would not recommend.
