Not sure if he was the owner or manager, but I watched him back his truck up into the handicap parking stall. He brought some items into the building and then talked to a customer by the vacuums for at least 15 minutes. His truck had the business name on it.

Overall it is a good place to go wash your car. Prices are not the best but it's not too expensive anyway. The drying station at the end of the washing line is not the best. Your car stays very wet. Employees are always kind.

The car wash is okay, but the fact that you can enroll online and are not able to cancel online is kind of shady. And you call to cancel, and nobody answers the phone.

The owner of Legacy Car Wash in Columbus, Ne is the nicest, kindest and just a general all around happy person. Every time I go there and he is there, he always take the time to say hi and make sure that my experience is great!
He has such a fantastic staff that is always friendly and willing to help , they are very attentive to detail etc.
His equipment is always in working order and they always make sure that their lot etc looks good.
I have only good things to say about the owner, his staff and his business. Thank you for a WONDERFUL experience every single time that I go there.

Doesn't even deserve one star! It hooked a piece on the bottom of my car and we couldn't drive out. A young girl came and told us, "Just drive out!". The piece rubbed on my tire and made horrible noise!

The amount of work they do even before you enter the wash prepping it and getting all the mud and dirt out all the lil cracks makes you feel like you got your moneys worth! The wash always leaves my truck shining, great spot it's the only one in Columbus I'd use

Car wash itself is awesome..!! My concern is the promotions they give out and being sure to inform their customers on the full process of the promotions. I was not informed that on the month free promotion it will be an automatic recurring payment pulled out of my account. I am waiting for them to make it right before taking this further. Hopefully they make it right. Talked with management and they don't seem interested in taking care of me.. we'll see where this goes..

I just went trough with a very dirty expedition from the dirt roads , from the bad weather , these guys took there time to make sure it was perfect , no matter how dirty my car was , love to see it keep rocking it !!
