I would not recommend going there they did not do a good job they dont listen to how you want them and they dont ask you questions on how you wanted them I went there once with my friend and the nails on my friend started to fall off after one day and they dont know how to do designs dont every go there

Got a mani pedi. That dud a super great job. They took there time, help me pick out the best color that match the picture I showed them. And after my nails were done, they have me a and and arm message. Which I absolutely loved. Definitely recommended

They are rude, do the listen to what you request, and rush thru the process with end results being unsatisfactory and look like a child did it. If you try to make them aware of the dissatisfied result, they become angry and argue or aggressively try to quickly “fix” it.
I’ve never seen them clean or disinfect nail tools in between clients. I personally, had a manicure and while trimming my cuticles a small cut was made causing side of my thumb to bleed. A piece of paper towel was placed on my thumb, and he continued trimming. The cuticle cutting tool was then put back into the drawer after trimming complete.. While waiting under light for my nails to dry, another client was being serviced. Same cuticle tool was used on her.. Tech never washed his hands or sanitized tool(s) in between and never replaced the towel put under the clients hands. (Keep in mind there WAS blood on the cuticle trimmer!)
Products advertised in Spa Pedicure (Epoch) are not the products actually being used, but prices reflect the use of quality products. Overall quality of work is more disappointing each time.. I will never return. I thought over time they would realize where they could make improvements and put a little more time and effort into their clients. Unfortunately, I feel overall services have gotten worse.
Their pricing is never consistent. I’ve been charged approximately a difference of $10-$20 dollars for the same exact services.. when I question them they argue the price difference and give inconsistent answers to price differences..
I’ve specifically asked each and every time for them NOT to use the buzz tool on my natural nails. Using the buzz tool is unnecessary, it’s used simply to make their job easier and faster. On natural nails especially, it caused extreme nail bed damage. They ridiculously argue and push the use of the tool. I continue to refuse, causing her to become rough, rude, angry and rushes thru service.

I was in Columbus from out of state and needed a fill. The worst nails I have ever gotten. 2 hours after leaving the polish was bubbling and scuffed looking. The next day it was already peeling off.

DO NOT GO HERE, worse customer service experience. They did such a terrible job and the guy raised his voice at me after I told him that the color did match what he was showing me on the their display. They charged me 115$ for my pedicure and manicure and they look disgusting. Wanted to cry after I left there cause my nails are hideous and embarrassing.???

Did not like my nails at all! She did not take her time on them. Was also very unfriendly, did not make any sort of conversation with me. I had showed an Inspiration picture I wanted, which was not at all like it and didn’t even add color! I don’t recommend them at all! Better off doing them at home!!Service: Acrylic nails

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. My husband and I went here and after seeing how his pedicure was going I told her I did not want one. The lady was on the phone, on speaker, the entire time. At times she wasn’t even looking at what she was doing and was filing his actual skin instead of his nail. The place was so unsanitary. The towel she put on my pedicure chair had cut toe nails on it. The tools she used on my husband were unsanitary. She pulled them out of an incredibly dirty tote and the purple scrub pad had mold on it. The cuticle cutter came out of the same filthy tote and after she was done using it she just threw it back in. I’m pregnant and after seeing all this there was no way she was touching me. For your own safety do not go to this place. My husband and I went yesterday for pedicures and we should have not had them there. The place was dirty , the towels they used for our feet looked dirty. The man that did my ties proceeded to dig around my big toe, hurt like hell and showed me the supposed ingrown toenail. He was rushed mot friendly and my polish looks awful. I noticed when he was done he wiped the instrument he used with a dirty cloth and then study it back into the same paper holder!! The woman that did my husbands pedicure was on her phone the whole time she was working on him. Then she gets up and doesn’t finish the rest of the pedicure and leaves us sitting there thinking she was coming back, we go to pay . He hands her a 100 dollar bill and she tries yo keep the 20 dollars!!! Needless to say he gave them both 5 dollars and left!! I woke up this morning with a very red swollen toe with pus!! Stay away from that place!!!!!

DO NOT VISIT QUALITY NAILS BIG WASTE OF MONEY AND NOT SANITARY AT ALL. UNDERSTAFFED. I did make a report to the HEALTH DEPT after seeing their tools were not being sanitized after each use. No license available and no grade sign in the establishment. Three of us went in for a Mani/ Pedi to attend a wedding. Staff very hard to understand and very RUDE and PUSHY. After waiting for over 30 mins it took them a record time of 5 mins to do a $30.00 pedicure I could have done what they did on my own. The pumice thing they scrub your feet was disgusting I had to ask them to replace it. It was now my daughter's and her friend turn for their $30.00 pedicure which took the 4 mins on each girl. My daughter and her friend noticed that the owner never even removed the OLD POLISH from their toes they both mentioned it to owner who apparently didn't care or understand. They tried to scrub with same pumice stone that they just tried to use on me GROSS i then had to ask them to use a different as it was not sanitary. After that the owner/lady proceded to paint over old polish. Cuticles were a mess and nails were never filed or trimmed properly. Then we move onto manicure no trimming or filing of the nails at just a polish. Whole process of mani/pedi took a grand total of at max 12 mins and that included switching chairs twice. Now we are getting ready to pay bill was 150.00 I was like no I am not paying this much. Poor customer service. When I told owner I was not happy with services and I wasn't going to pay he said I will call the police. He informed me he would redo all nails I told him we already spent 1 hour and 30 mins and we didn't choose at that moment to have any other services done by Quality nails. Owner was very rude and wouldn't let us leave so I decided to pay with a CC and later dispute charges since owner wasn't going to issue a refund.

So bad!! They filled a pedicure bowl with hot water from an empty bowl, no cleansers in the water, $50 for a shellac pedicure, that took 20 minutes, awful!! Never again!!Service: Pedicures

I have been going here for a few months, is costly, well let me say, I have the same thing done, dipped, the price varies every time I go there. Yesterday wanted to see the price list they have, the man was very rude, told me to sit down, could not look at it unless was getting a pedi. I did not want nails dipped yesterday, but that is what she did! They are not what I wanted at all, a teenager could have done a better job. The place is filthy, instead of the guy sitting in the chair, he could be cleaning whatever. Yesterday the price was $60.00, when first started it was $35.00, sometimes, is 45.00, 50.00, I guess they just say what they feel like, no set price. I will not be going back here again. This place should be closed due to rude people and complete filth!
