Nothing terrible but also nothing stellar either had an emergency with our cat ( Broken back leg ) and called Redstones main number got to the answering machine which gave me a number for emergencies I tried to call the number 2 times could of been once I honestly can’t remember I was kinda in shock at that point with everything that had just happened and I also left a voicemail on 7/20 in the afternoon… it is now Monday 7/22 a little past 11am and still haven’t heard a word or even gotten a call back so I’m kinda disappointed I’m thankful Columbus animal hospital was open for my little guy. I understand it’s the weekend but you guys have an emergency number for a reason

One of my worst experiences. My dog Lilly got sick on Sunday afternoon, June 23. I found this number and spoke with the doctor and he told me that he attended emergencies but that I had to make a deposit of 500 dollars to be able to see her, I said yes. When I took her in she told me that I had to leave her overnight because it was pneumonia. When I picked her up the next day Lilly was better but her right eye had a white cloud but she told me it was the same pneumonia and sent me an antibiotic, an antibiotic eye cream and allergy pills. She charged me $367 again. A few days pass on July 1 and her right eye is not improving and she comes back and tells me that she has an eye ulcer. He does something to his eye and gives him an injection for the inflammation and gives me some drops (Oculenis) guaranteeing that in a week or less he would be fine. He charges me 160 dollars again, I confidently go home with the hope that he will improve and on the second day of giving him the Lilly medication his cornea bursts. She is very sore and won't even let me touch her head because of the pain and I decide to call PET Care specialist looking for a second opinion. As a result of this, they couldn't save Lilly's eye and they had to remove her right eye and I wonder if there wasn't a better medicine to treat the eye ulcer because I didn't treat her that way or if they are taking advantage of the love that We have our pets to get money. Don't go to that clinic.

Scam artist. Said dogs hip was broken so he could take Xrays that cost 280$ didn't see the Xray rather he drew me a diagram of the Xray lol red flag#1 went to the next veterinarian and the medication was 30% of the cost of the one the doctor was shilling. Taking advantage of people in a vulnerable panic state. Trying to upsell on people's emotions. People will do anything for their pets and these guys definitely know that go to the next place don't spend your money here.

My sister was keeping my cat that I got the day my late husband died while I remodeled my home out of state. He needed surgery and she was told it would be $294. She made the appointment and a few weeks later it was time to take him in. She did and the next day she went to pick him up after they kept him overnight and was told it was $700. She laughed and said “That must be a mistake. I was told $294” The receptionist explained they had to do lab work and give him his shots. They NEVER got any of this approved nor said anything about it. They NEVER asked about his prior “shots” record. She said she would not pay that and left without my cat and expected a call from the Vet himself. He did call and said he would drop the bill by $50 only. She said she would pay $500. He said “No, I will adopt the cat out”She called me so upset. I’m out of state wondering how this is possible. This “VET” is holding my cat hostage! He’s been stolen by someone who lied about the cost, did what he wanted then attempted to charge us for unauthorized work.I WANT my cat back! It is unethical to charge 2.5 times what you said it would cost!! And KEEP my pet????!!!! Sick!!Never, ever ever go to this business! If you do, you may never see your loved animal again. Unbelievable.I want my cat back!

This was the worse experience of my life. The bill was $500 more than the quote. Work was done that was unnecessary and I did not authorize for my cat. The vet would not negotiate and simply stated he would adopt the cat out. Simply extortion. Do not go here.

WTH is wrong with this practice? Do you guys see all of the ones star reviews on how they are changing the prices on people and they won’t give them their pets back?? Giving and charging for unauthorized meds? Changing the cost of kenneling a dog? Not refunding a deposit two months in advance? Holding a dog hostage after an expensive emergency surgery? Holding a cat hostage after more than doubling the price that you told them it would be? Give Robyn back her cat, stop gouging people, and stop holding their pets hostage!!

I take my dogs here to be groomed. Pam is the best as both of my dogs are really shy and don't like just anybody and they have terrible anxiety whenever we go anywhere let alone to the vet. Pam is so gentle and pays such professional attention when working with my dogs they never come home traumatized but rather happy and looking really good and smelling good too. I've tried several groomers in town and Pam is leaps and bounds above all of the groomers I've tried. I highly recommend her services if you want a happy and professionally groomed dog when you pick them up!

On the 15th of May we went to go look at red stone to go see their luxury boarding for our fur baby for a vacation late July. The luxury boarding looks nice, and the runs are super small. On the 15th we decided to book the luxury boarding for $61 and some odd cents. On May 30th after hearing not so good things about this vet, we decided to cancel our boarding. Which is 15 days after we booked it and still two months away from our vacation. The man who owns the place is the one who helped us when we booked it and never said anything about it being non refundable, it does not state it online, and I never signed anything. But when I went it on the 30th they said sorry we’re not able to give you a refund. I told the gal that helped me it’s two months out still, and no one told me we can’t get it back and nothing is in writing that we couldn’t get our money back and all she said was “oh sorry”. Today May 31st my husband called to talk to the guy and explained to him again the situation, and the guy who owns this place had no explanation on to why we couldn’t get our refund back. Also, now reading some more reviews I have seen that some people have had over charges, and problems with payments as well. I will not ever take my dog here, nor will my family, or friends. I do not recommend this place.

I took my bearded dragon to Redstone and was very impressed with the professionalism and personable demeanor of the vet. He gave me a lot of helpful information! Additionally, the clinic was able to take my bearded dragon the day after I called and the bill was reasonable. I would definitely recommend this clinic!
