Absolutely horrifying!!! My 70 year Papa had an account for years with these people, he went in and complained about his coverage and they told him his phone was too old and if he got a new one his service would be great, he discovered that the coverage was no better and even sometimes worse, so he changed carriers and returned the new device, a month later he starts receiving a $500 phone bill for the phone that he returned and even had the receipts for, so he went in and was told to wait for their Manager to come back from vacation, so he waited and waited and waited, he finally goes back in today to discover that they wouldnt take the phone back because he switched carriers, and he asked the girl working why they didnt call him and she said oh ive been busy! But he has been waiting for a call since JULY!!!!!!!! 20 days before CHRISTMAS YOU SCAM A 70 year old man out of $500!!! This is unethical!!! And the girl that sold it to him in the first place made commission off of it and got to keep it!!! DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!

Thrilled that I wouldn't have to stand in line, i soon learned why. I'd done my research from the company website. They had none of the phones I'd looked at. Finally, i asked, "Well, what DO you have?" Two were pointed out, "But neither are very good," she said. I left and went to the other local store where I was treated to great service.

This is NOT corporate US cellular!! They don't even check your ID! Anyone can come in and finance phones on your account if they know your pin!

Amber did an outstanding job of helping her customers! We were in and out within an hour. We had stopped at the other US cellular store and they had 4 people in line. After we had been here for 30 minutes one of the people standing in line at the other place showed up. She started to multi-task and did a great job!

I usually have to go here 2 or 3 times a month because my service sucks. I was there today and they fixed one out of four things that weren't working and an hour .later that wasn't working too. The employees are always friendly and do their best however I don't think they have the training needed to help people with the myriad of problems they come in with. It's just really frustrating. For what they charge your service should work flawlessly.

This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had and they do not stand by what they sell you. Now US Cellular as a business has been great-however you need to get rid of this authorized agent. I will inform everyone I know in Columbus how awful this location is.

My wife and I went thru a long, tedious process of switching plans and upgrading to a new phone, and Nicole Vanderpool (Senior Sales Rep) and employee Bailey were extremely helpful, patient, and cooperative during the entire process. We've been thru other stores, trying to sell us this or convince of that, but here the approach was a simple and gracious "what can we help you with today." Recommend dealing thru this US Cellular storefront in the Columbus, NE area!!!
