I never have service even in my own home hardly. The store won’t help with anything other then trying to sell you a phone. I have been getting overcharged for my bill slowly every month and there’s nobody to help fix it. DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM!

This is a Corporate store, so if you want the promo deals come to this one, the other store in town doesn't give you the same deals. I did have an appointment at this store the other day to upgrade our phones, and they didn't have the phone that I wanted even though they said two days prior they had plenty of them which is why I didn't have them save me one, "which is what I should have done" but either way, this is by far the best US Cell store in town.

Customer service was good until the customer service rep said it would take 15 minutes to get my phone back on but took 45 minutes. I shouldn't have to call us cellular Customer service line just for them to confirm that I made a payment just so they can turn my phone back on.
